Shipping policy

Due to the nationwide pandemic, there may be some delays with order delivery. Touched by Mocha will ensure all orders are shipped within our standard timeframe given, however, we are not responsible for potential delays with postal services. All orders placed will receive a tracking number once shipped. We advise the customer to contact the courier for delivery updates. We thank you in advance for your patience and support.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
