Clary Sage Oil

The Clary Sage plant has a lengthy history as a medicinal herb. 

Clary Sage can help balance female hormones, support relaxation, promote restful sleep and enhance positive moods. Clary Sage can also be used for respiratory infections and inflammatory conditions.

It also known to help women deal with hot flashes and heavy menstrual cramps! 

Ways to use

• Do not apply Clary Sage directly on your skin. Add about 6 drops of Clary Sage to a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or jojoba oil, and massage into skin.  

• Shake the oil in water and use it as a room spray, or spray lightly on your bedding or couch cushions

• Add 3 to 5 drops to your warm bathwater to soothe sore muscles and improve your mood. Try also adding Epsom salt and baking soda to your bathwater for healing bath salts. 

• Use 3 drops of clary sage oil with jojoba oil and massage scalp while showering. 
  

Uses for healing

• To ease digestion, massage the abdomen with clary sage oil and a carrier oil (olive oil recommended) 
• To relieve asthma symptoms, mix 4 drops of clary sage with our lavender oil and massage the blend on the chest and the back.

To use in a diffuser

• Use around 2 to 3 drops of Clary Sage mixed with water and diffuse up to 30 minutes, 3 times daily
