Rosemary may improve brain function, ease stress, reduce joint inflammation, repel certain bugs, and help relieve pain, such as headaches sprains, muscle soreness, rheumatism or arthritis.
Rosemary stimulates hair growth
- Mix 5 drops of rosemary with 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil and apply to the scalp and massage it in.
- Massage into your scalp nightly to stimulate hair growth and rejuvenate your scalp.
- Let it sink into the scalp for at least 5 minutes.
- Rinse it out (if desired)
To use in a diffuser
- Add 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil
Rosemary also blends well with Lavender and Jasmine.
Pain Reliever
- Use 5 drops of rosemary oil and mix it with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil
- Massage the oil on the affected area.

- Add 8 drops of Rosemary
- 6 drops of Eucalyptus
- 4 drops of Lavender
- to 1oz of a carrier oil, preferably coconut oil
- apply to the chest and nose bridge.
